Finally, some updates!

Londyn is growing! She had her 4 month check-up and is doing great! Here are her stats compared to when she was born.

Weight: 13lbs 9oz (41%) compared to 6 lbs 13 oz

Height: 25 1/2 in (86%) compared to 19 in

We know she won't be this tall for long. But hey, her short mom can dream, right? :o) I've decided that Londyn is quite the serious baby. She babbles & giggles, but mostly she just sits all content and observes. What is she plotting? I'm not sure. She is getting to be a mama's girl. She doesn't cry for me necessarily, but she watches me like a hawk when someone, even Tagg, is holding her. She is still my little cuddle bug and loves to nap with me. Oh, it was my birthday on Jan 18th and Tagg invited a friend and his girlfriend to go to Iggy's with us. We only had to wait for 20 min for a table, but once we sat down and ordered, we waited over an hour for our food. Needless to say, we were all ready to leave. We got back to our house and Ashley (Matt's girlfriend) had made me a cake that Tagg had told her was my favorite, so I was so excited! Thanks Ashley, that was super nice of you! Anyway, I had a really great birthday. January officially goes down as my clumsy month! This past weekend, Londyn and I went to Utah and I was going down my sister's stairs, with Londyn, and I totally missed or slipped on a step and fell right on my bum! OUCH! I had twisted to my right side to try and save Londyn from hitting her head on the wall and hit my shoulder and back on the stair. And her knees jabbed me in the ribs. I have some pretty fun bruises and could barely walk without something hurting. :o) It knocked the wind outta me too. Sheesh. I fell at church about 3 weeks ago, too - talk about not knowing how to walk! This is a funny story though. Jamie, my sister, gave me some cute church shoes that are the same height all the way around the shoe. Heels are killing me with a baby. Anyway, I tried them on and they seemed to fit great. They don't have a back on them, just a thick strap that slips around your arch and top of your foot. So, I wore them to church. Well, it wasn't long and I started slipping all over the place. After the third time, I looked to see what size they were cuz they weren't staying on too well. Yeah...size 8!! I wear a 6 - 6 1/2. I tried to drag my feet the rest of the time and go slow, but as I was walking into Relief Society, 10 minutes late cuz I was feeding Londyn, I totally slipped right outta the right shoe and Londyn and I tumbled to the ground. Luckily, I hit my elbow and saved Londy's head. I had a huge floor burn on my knee, that bled, and a nice one on my elbow. Gosh, I'm so graceful - just wanted to make a grand entrance I guess. I sure hope I stay upright in February.

It is good to know you will take the brunt of the fall for Londyn. That is true love. Your pics are so cute. She is growing so fast. You ready to start collecting? I am excited to have some help!

What a funny story! I laughed out loud, sorry, but the picture in my head was so funny. Good thing you caught her and weren't hurt too bad.

Poor Darci! I'm sorry you have had a few falls. But, I do wish I would have been in Relief Society that day. (just to help you I mean ;)
